Service
Fractional CMO
For businesses with people who can execute but nobody senior setting direction or checking the numbers. You get the judgement without carrying the salary.
What it covers
Three parts, in this order
Someone senior owning the marketing number
Direction, prioritisation and the unglamorous work of saying no. Your team keeps executing; the decisions stop landing on the founder.
- Quarterly planning and budget ownership
- Prioritisation across channels and campaigns
- Hiring input for in-house marketing roles
- A senior escalation point for the team
Shape of the work
How an engagement runs
Every engagement starts with a written brief rather than a verbal scope. That is the part that separates this from ad hoc consultancy.

Questions
The things people ask first
01How much time do we actually get?
Typically 2 to 4 days a month, structured rather than ad hoc: a planning session, a reporting cycle and availability in between. The exact split is agreed at the start and reviewed quarterly.
02Will you manage our existing agency?
Yes, and that is often the highest value part. Oversight is done against the measurement framework rather than against the agency's own reporting.
