Diagnostic Audit

Most audits are a lead magnet: free, generic, and built to sell you something bigger. This one is the deliverable. We check what your tracking is actually collecting, what your analytics can and cannot tell you, and where spend is being wasted, then hand over a written, costed fix plan a board can act on.

What it covers

Three lenses, one report

Is the data even real

GA4 and server-side tracking checked against what actually fires in the browser, not what the implementation plan says should fire.

  • GA4 property and event review against a documented schema
  • Consent mode and cookie behaviour checked live
  • Server-side and CAPI events reconciled to platform reporting
  • Cross-domain and subdomain journeys traced end to end
Shape of the work

How the audit runs

One and a half weeks, start to finish, priced and scoped before we start.

01 · Day 1

Discovery call

We agree what is in scope and get access to the accounts and reporting we need.

02 · Week 1

Audit

Tracking, analytics and spend checked against the business, not against a generic checklist.

03 · Week 2

Findings and fix plan

A written report ranking issues by commercial cost, with a costed plan for fixing them.

04 · End of week 2

Walkthrough

We present the findings and the plan, and talk through what we would do first if it were our budget.

Questions

The things people ask first

01Why pay when other agencies offer a free audit?
A free audit is usually a sales pitch shaped like a document. Ours is priced and scoped as the deliverable, which is what lets it be specific: a written, costed fix plan ranked by commercial impact, not a generic list built to lead into a retainer.
02What do we actually get at the end?
A written report covering tracking, analytics and spend, with issues ranked by what they are costing you and a costed plan for fixing the ones worth fixing.
03Can you also fix what you find?
Yes, through tracking and measurement architecture, analytics and reporting, or media planning and strategy, depending on what the audit turns up. Nothing is bundled in by default. The audit stands alone.
